"My Hero Teacher's"

            All people have a hero, the hero they chose is who have a power. But my hero does not have power, but she/he is powerful hero who taech us a good things and bad things that I do. my hero is the taechers that sacrifice to teach us  even if we are a "pasaway" student they will teach us nicely. My teacher is my hero because she/he is also my second mother/father in my daily life. My teacher is teach us what I need to know. My teacher is my inspiration in my life  because without them I will not reach my dream in life.
            My teacher's thank you for all the good things you teach to us.

SONA of President Benigno Aquino III

                    I appreciated our President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III that he used our language, the Filipino language. In the SONA of our President, many of our problems was discovered. The main focus of his SONA is the corruption in our goverment. One at the problems is corruption. Because many of the politicians are doing wrong and corrupting just to keep their own goods. May of us know that instead of, the budget of our country are for projects they corrupting it the projects not finished, President P-Noy discussed this to a better country and to a better economy, but I don't think that he is not doing that also, he also has a bad personality, there are times that he is a bad guy, model or bad influence to our country. He had also a bad habby, because he is smoking at the public place.

Isulong ang Breastfeeding, Tama, Sapat at Eksklusibo

                   Breastfeeding is the best milk that you can give to your baby because it is healthy and full of nutrition you need to give them breast milk for them to become healthy and strong. It can do a lot of things to make them and ready to face disease and hardship. Your child will be healthy if  you feed them using your breast milk not the commercial milk in the market for them to be healthy.
